ECONOMIC INCLUSION
Economic opportunities are key for people to build stable and independent lives. Through our work, we support individuals and families in developing the skills and opportunities needed to strengthen their livelihoods and shape their own future.

MICROCREDITS PROGRAM
The Microcredit Program has been operating since 2018, providing access to small loans for marketeers and small-scale entrepreneurs groups who are excluded from formal financial services. The initiative focuses primarily on women, who represent around 90% of participants, supporting their ability to strengthen income-generating activities in markets such as Libuyu, Maramba, City and Dambwa.

The program promotes financial responsibility, savings and mutual accountability. Ongoing follow-up and basic business trainning help participants increase their long-term economic independence.
YOUTH VOCATIONAL PATHWAYS
Since 2021, this program supports vulnerable young people by providing scholarships for vocational training, helping them access practical career pathways in areas such as tourism, tailoring, electrical work, and transport services.

Alongside their studies, participants receive employability training and individual follow-up, strengthening their skills, confidence and transition into the labour market.
